Charlie began his career as a CPA in a public accounting firm in 1982 and for over 15 years has been Managing Director and Partner for accounting, audit and consulting services firms. He also provides clients with litigation support in connection with commercial litigation in matters of valuation, lost-profits, shareholder disputes and other matters. Charlie regularly consults with clients regarding divestitures, acquisitions and mergers conducting both strategic and fair market value engagements.
Charlie is a Certified Business Appraiser through The Institute of Business Appraisers and is certified in Mergers and Acquisitions through the Alliance of Merger and Acquisition Advisors. He also serves as Chairman and Member of Accounting Advisory Board for Loyola College of Maryland and is a member of the Sellinger School of Business Board of Sponsors.
